How to request data deletion
- Email us at dbsecurityvpn@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- Send the request from the email address connected to your DB Security VPN account.
Data users may request to delete
- Saved VPN devices
- VPN device records
- Account profile details
- Optional account information
Data that may be retained
Some data may be retained when required for billing, tax, legal, security, fraud prevention, compliance, or service operation purposes.
Processing time
Data deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days after account ownership is verified.
